Brad Grant is an experienced professional in the hydroelectric industry with a robust history of leadership roles. Currently serving as a night shift foreman at TurbinePROs since January 2022, Brad has quickly advanced after only two months at the Luddington Pump Storage Power Plant, one of the largest pump storage facilities globally. Previous roles include extensive experience as a foreman and lead hand, as well as positions at G.E. Renewables, Voith Hydro, J.R. Merit, and American Hydro/Weir, where responsibilities ranged from site superintendent to night shift supervisor overseeing critical operations. Brad completed education at Oregon City High School and further pursued studies at Clackamas and Portland Community College.
