Huiyu He

Huiyu Huiyu is a Software Engineer at Turbo.net since July 2023, with a solid background in computer science and systems biology. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, where support in an advanced Computer Systems course led to enhanced student performance. Huiyu's internship at TigerGraph involved optimizing a scalable graph database and developing new accumulators to improve performance. As a Khoury Research Apprentice, research focused on distributed systems included implementing consensus protocols. Prior experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Irvine involved conducting biological experiments and developing automation tools for data analysis. Huiyu holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and another Master of Science in Mathematical, Computational, and Systems Biology from UC Irvine, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biosciences.
