As the Chief Executive Officer at TURBO POWER SYSTEMS since September 2011, Carlos previously served as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial strategy and risk management. Prior roles include Corporate Planning Lead at COSAN Combustíveis e Lubrificantes S/A and Global Business Analysis Manager at ExxonMobil Corporation. Carlos's career began at Esso Brasileira de Petróleo Ltda., where various roles culminated in the position of Brazil Automotive Sales Manager. An educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions, such as a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and advanced programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
