Monica Ugwi

Monica Ugwi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as General Manager for Copilot + Agents for Manufacturing & Mobility sectors at Microsoft, Monica also holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Agile Loop and is an early investor and helper at Turbopuffer. Previously, Monica held key roles at RudderStack as Former Advisor & VP, Head of Product + UX + Docs, and as Director at Shopify, where responsibilities included overseeing product strategies for Search & Discovery as well as Data Residency. Additional experience includes product leadership roles at Google and Facebook, and strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company, alongside technical expertise gained as a Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs. Monica earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Grinnell College.
