Ahmed Hussien

Ahmed Hussien has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they worked as an Operator, Maintenance and Production Engineer at AlexPlast Co. Ahmed's duties included operating a production line to produce caco3 powder and coating it with stearic acid, as well as being part of the maintenance team for material conveying, jaw crusher, hammer crusher, gear boxes, bucket elevator, bunker, screw feeder, ball mill, tfs classifier, alpha classifier, bag dust collector filter, and blowers system. In 2010, they worked as a Maintenance and Electrical Engineer at Reproductive Factories of the House of Air Defense, where they were responsible for checking and maintaining the machines in the workshops. Since 2011, they have worked at TurboSMTP as a Regional Sales Manager, Customer Support Team Leader, and Recruitment Specialist. Ahmed's duties included analyzing sales statistics to develop continuous improvement strategies, communicating with clients and sales staff to ensure all issues are resolved, and ensuring continuous growth in sales, efficiency, and marketing. Ahmed also reviewed and evaluated the work quality and quantity of the customer support team, handled billing issues, refunds, and 2nd line support issues, and recruited, hired, and trained new team members.

Ahmed Hussien obtained their Bachelor degree of Mechatronics Engineering from Alexandria Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2008. Prior to this, they attended El Nasr Boys School (EBS) from 1990 to 2003, where they completed Playschool, Primary, Preparatory and Secondary educational levels in the English section high level. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from SoloLearn in November 2017 - HTML Fundamentals and SQL Fundamentals.
