Matheus Couto has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Matheus started their career as a Full Stack Engineer at Cavalaria.org from February 2012 to November 2014. From January 2017 to May 2017, they worked as a Programming Instructor and then as a Unit Coordinator at codeBuddy.
Matheus then joined Almaúba as a Full Stack Engineer from October 2017 to May 2018. Matheus further progressed in their career and took on the role of Technical Leader and Senior Front-end & Mobile Engineer at All Coin Wallet, where they managed a team of six developers and implemented the Scrum methodology for project deliveries. Matheus also developed the web and mobile applications using React and React Native, along with Redux for state management. At All Coin Wallet, Matheus utilized Firebase for database, analytics, and storage integration.
In 2019, Matheus worked at Sambatech as a Technical Leader and Senior Front-end Engineer from January to July. Following that, they played a significant role as the CTO at Bluemond, starting in December 2018 and ending in August 2020. As the CTO, they were responsible for managing the entire technical area of the company, overseeing multiple development teams and implementing agile methodologies for project development and delivery. Matheus also structured the hiring process for developers.
From August 2020 to April 2022, Matheus served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at White Tents. Finally, as of April 2022, they are currently employed as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a mobile focus at TurboTenant.
Matheus Couto attended the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2011 to 2016, where they studied Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control and Automation Engineering. Matheus did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In addition to their formal education, Matheus has obtained several certifications, including "Angular 5 and Firebase" from Udemy in November 2017, "Gestão: Diferencial para resultados de excelência" from FDG - Fundação de Desenvolvimento Gerencial in November 2017, and "UI & Web Design using Adobe Illustrator" from Udemy in October 2017.
