Brian Young

Brian Young is an accomplished professional in the lawn care and maintenance industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Turf Masters Brands since July 2024, Brian previously held the position of Regional Manager at Green Group from January 2023 to July 2024. Prior to that, Brian served as General Manager at Eastern Turf Maintenance from December 2021 to January 2023. Brian's career began at TruGreen in September 1996, where notable advancements included roles as General Manager overseeing multiple branches and eventually as Market General Manager. Brian's career trajectory includes promotions due to outstanding performance in revenue generation and customer service, starting as a Lawn Technician straight out of Minor League Baseball. Brian holds a degree from Virginia Tech, completed in 1996.
