Originally a thoroughbred horse farm, The Mangione family purchased Turf Valley in 1978. Nurturing the business from a quaint country club, the Mangiones soon expanded the array of services provided, allowing Turf Valley to become the area's foremost catering and event establishment. In 1988, the family dream of building a luxury hotel amid the lush golf courses came to fruition.
