Scott Stone

Scott Stone has over 17 years of work experience in sales and management roles. Scott is currently working as the Senior Director of Sales at Turing AI since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Sales, South Region at Hikvision USA from September 2020 to July 2021. From January 2018 to September 2020, they held the position of Director of Sales, Southeast at the same company, where they managed a team of security industry professionals and focused on customer service, sales, and retention. Before joining Hikvision USA, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Hikvision USA from January 2016 to January 2018, managing accounts and increasing revenue in a 6-state territory in the Southeast US. Prior to that, they worked as the Southeast Regional Manager at Keri Systems from March 2015 to December 2015. Scott also has experience as a Security Sales Manager at Norfolk Wire & Electronics from May 2014 to March 2015. From December 2008 to May 2014, they worked as a Regional Account Specialist at ADI, where they managed a $40M+ territory and handled responsibilities such as new product introduction, sales and technical training, and customer service. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager at Abound Networks from April 2007 to November 2008 and as an Internetworking Services Manager at Pomeroy IT Solutions from January 2004 to February 2007. At Pomeroy IT Solutions, they managed network infrastructure projects and national roll-out projects, and was responsible for scheduling and managing in-house technicians and subcontractors.

Scott Stone attended Central Carolina Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Telecommunications with a focus on Telecommunications Technology/Technician. Scott then went on to study at Guilford Technical Community College in 1990 and 1991, specializing in Commercial Art and Advertising Design. In 1998 and 1999, Scott studied Computer Science at North Carolina Wesleyan University. Lastly, in 1999 and 2000, they attended Duke University, although the degree they pursued is unspecified.
