Manmit Shrimali has held a variety of roles in the research and analytics industry since 2003. Manmit's career began at CGA Ontario as a Market Research Specialist, where they established the first professional research and competitive intelligence platform. Manmit then moved to Cognizant in 2005 as an Engagement Manager and Senior Engagement Manager, where they devised and executed a broad range of research programs across multiple therapeutic areas. In 2010, they joined Dynata as a Market Research Senior Project Manager, managing all phases of online market research projects. Manmit then moved to Empathica in 2012 as Manager, Insights and Analytics, followed by Leger The Research Intelligence Group in 2013 as Director, Analytics. Most recently, in 2019, they became Co-Founder of Turing Labs Inc., a company that uses data and AI to develop better consumer products.
Manmit Shrimali has a comprehensive education history. In 2011, they earned a CMRP from the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association in the field of Marketing Research. Manmit also has a PG Diploma from George Brown College from 2002 to 2003 in Market Research. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from the Steven Covey Institute, Balanced Scorecard from CGA Ontario, Competitive Intelligence from MRIA, Conjoint Analysis from MRIA, Latent Class Segmentation from Statistical Innovations, Measuring Brand Equity from MRIA, and Presenting with Presence from Maynard Leigh.
