Kathleen is the partner of Purpose Consulting Group, which is a practice management consulting firm that works with financial services leaders that have the courage to think differently from the rest of the pack. Our goal is to provide the research insights, thoughtful content, and engaging delivery that inspires action and leads to meaningful results. Prior to Purpose Consulting, she was Managing Direct and Head of Advisor Business Development for Legg Mason & Co. The Advisor Business Development team supported the US retail and institutional businesses and the UK Advisory Business for Legg Mason. In this role, Kathleen Built the Legg Mason brand as a National Spokesperson for Legg Mason representing the firm as a pre-eminent keynote speaker and thought leader at industry conferences, client conferences, and various other platform speaking opportunities and consulting engagements.
