Danilo R. Limoeiro, PhD has a varied and extensive work experience. Danilo started their professional career in 2004 as an Analyst and intern at the Ministry of Finance in Brazil. In 2006, they moved to the Ministry of Labor as a Manager for Job Generation Funds. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Policy Analyst at the Office of the President of the Republic of Brazil in the Secretariat of Strategic Affairs. Danilo then moved to the Office of the President of the Republic of Brazil in the Undersecretariat of Parliamentary Affairs as a Policy Advisor. In 2009, Danilo earned an MPhill in Latin American Studies with distinction from the University of Oxford. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Comparative Politics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and graduated as a PhD in June 2019. Their relevant coursework included political economy, statistical analysis (including machine learning), comparative politics, and game theory. In 2019, Danilo became the Co-Founder and CEO of Turivius.

Danilo R. Limoeiro obtained a Bachelor in International Relations from Universidade de Brasília between 2000 and 2005. Danilo then went on to obtain a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) with distinction in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford between 2009 and 2011. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Introduction to User Experience Design from Coursera in August 2018.
