Uğur Yilmaz

Uğur YILMAZ is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Organizational Development and HR Analytics Manager at Türkiye Kızılay Derneği since November 2018. Responsibilities include designing and managing compensation and benefits systems, implementing performance and talent management systems, and developing HR processes and documentation.
