Bugra Oncul

Bugra Oncul has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Network Reporting and Analysis Manager in the Network Governance department at Turk Telekom since May 2009. Bugra has held various roles at Turk Telekom, including Reporting and Analysis Manager for Technology Governance and Business Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included executing technology project portfolio roadmaps and managing budgets. Additionally, Bugra was involved in planning, tracking, and reporting on corporate marketing projects as a Project and Programme Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager at Meteksan Sistem and Sentim. Bugra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from East Mediterranean University, completed in 2003.
