Tufan Ustun has over 18 years of experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the IT Middleware Operation Manager and previously as the BroadBand CRM & Sales IT Operation Manager at Turk Telekom since August 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Application Operation Specialist and working with mediation applications and mobile number portability systems. Tufan's career began at Turkcell Global Bilgi from April 2005 to May 2007, focused on system and application support for call center and CRM systems. Tufan obtained a degree from Istanbul University from 1999 to 2003 and completed secondary education at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi from 1995 to 1999.
