Cemile Kaya, MBA, has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Data Governance Manager at Turkcell Technology since September 2021. Prior to this role, Cemile held various positions at Turkcell Technology, including Enterprise Architect and Expert Analyst, starting in September 2012.
