Isil Ozkan

Isil Ozkan has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the R&D International Collaborative Projects Coordinator at Turkcell Technology Research and Development since September 2017. Prior roles at Turkcell include Senior Expert Project Manager and Senior Expert Developer from December 2014 to September 2017, along with Development Manager and Software Testing Manager at Turkcell Technology Research and Development from March 2009 to December 2014. Isil Ozkan began the career as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Turkcell from September 2004 to March 2009 and worked as a Business Analyst at Koçbank from April 2001 to September 2004. Isil Ozkan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's degree in European Union Economics from Marmara University.
