Semih Desticioğlu is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data warehousing, analytics, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Warehouse Analyst at Turkcell Technology since April 2021, Semih orchestrates the design and development of DW architecture, optimizing data accessibility and reliability through advanced data models and ETL flows. Previously, Semih held multiple roles at Turkcell, including B2B Sales Analytics Specialist and Strategic Projects Manager, where significant contributions to analytics projects earned recognition such as the CXO Prize. Prior experience at Teknosa encompassed planning and inventory management roles, complemented by a strong academic foundation in Data Analytics from Sabanci University and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
