Aleyna Erdogan is a Learning Development and Leadership Program Manager at Turkcell since September 2020, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs in alignment with the needs of R&D teams and managing training and development initiatives for Supply Chain Management and Legal & Regulation departments. Aleyna has also led the orientation program for Turkcell's major recruitment initiative, GNÇYTNK, ensuring seamless collaboration among various stakeholders.
