Deniz Celik

Deniz Celik is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in network services and planning. Presently serving as Associate Director of Core Network Services Planning at Turkcell since October 2013, Deniz manages the planning team for fixed voice and mobile IMS networks. Prior experience includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where Deniz worked from October 2005 to October 2013 as Voice Service Planning & Development Manager and IMS Design & Test Delivery Team Manager, leading IMS back office test and design activities. Deniz holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (2005-2009) and an undergraduate degree from the same institution (2001-2005).
