Itır Zeynep Gürsoy has extensive experience in marketing, particularly in the telecom and retail sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Prepaid Consumer Marketing at Turkcell since November 2007, responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and analyzing competitor approaches to drive market share growth. Previous roles at Turkcell included Head of Prepaid Consumer Marketing and Senior Lead Acquisition Manager, with notable achievements in increasing e-billing and direct debit penetration. Prior to Turkcell, Itır worked at Boyner Magazacilik A.S. as a Senior Specialist in Marketing, enhancing brand image and developing loyalty programs, and at Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. as a CRM & Marketing Specialist, where product launches included time-sensitive delivery options. Itır holds a degree from Uludag University and pursued further education at Istanbul Technical University.
