Zeynep Bakanoglu

Zeynep Bakanoğlu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and project leadership, currently serving as Corporate and Customer Solutions Associate Director at Turkcell since April 2011. In this role, Zeynep oversees a team of 90 individuals, managing an extensive application portfolio while employing agile methodologies. Zeynep has successfully led significant projects, including a major CRM transformation and a Low Code Transformation initiative. Previously, as Call Center SFA Self Service Solutions Manager, Zeynep directed teams of engineers and vendor personnel, achieving key strategic goals in customer engagement platforms. With a solid foundation in project management, Zeynep has handled diverse initiatives throughout a career that includes roles at Superonline, CIMTAS/ENKA, and IFS Turkey, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
