Ömer Faruk Tayfur

Ömer Faruk TAYFUR is a Specialist Stress Engineer at Turkish Aerospace since May 2021, contributing to advanced projects such as the HÜRJET and HÜRKUŞ aircraft, as well as military aircraft modification initiatives. Previous roles include a researcher for the LIFT-UP Graduation Project focused on vertical tail design for light fighter jets, and an intern involved in structural analysis during advanced aircraft development programs, utilizing finite element modeling and analysis techniques. TAYFUR's experience also includes a two-month internship at Baykar Technologies, where skills in composite design and manufacturing for UAV projects were developed. TAYFUR holds a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
