Samet Tuncer

Samet Tuncer is an experienced HR Analytics Leader Engineer currently working at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii since August 2023, after previously holding the position of HR Analytics Senior Engineer. Prior to this role, Samet worked at Turkcell Global Bilgi from June 2020 to July 2023 as a Report Development Specialist, where responsibilities included developing customer-requested reports using PL SQL and BI/SAP Business Objects, creating management and customer dashboards with SAP Lumira, and utilizing Python for customer data analysis. Samet also contributed to RPA development and migration projects to Power BI. Between July 2017 and June 2020, Samet served as a Reporting Specialist at CK Boğaziçi Elektrik, focusing on sales analysis, target setting, and management reporting with Power BI. Earlier experience includes a reporting role at Limak Uludağ Elektrik and an engineering trainee position at the Turkish Atomic Energy Authority. Samet holds an MSc in Management Information Systems from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Ankara University.
