Melisa Keklik

Melisa Keklik is currently a Yapısal Sistem Mühendisi at Turkish Airlines and participates in the McKinsey Forward Programme. Melisa gained experience at Harvard University through the Aspire Leaders program in 2022 and 2023, focusing on leadership and sustainable development projects. Prior roles include AR-GE Tasarım Mühendisi at TIRSAN Treyler A.S. and a Google Game and App Development Academy Scholar, where skills in app and game development were acquired. As a co-founder of Electroot, Melisa developed a biosensor to enhance agricultural yield and gained expertise in project management and entrepreneurship. Other significant experiences include participation in the Microsoft Imaginer FY22 program and internships at TIRSAN Treyler A.S. and IEEE AKDENİZ, where Melisa held the role of Vice President for Woman In Engineering. Melisa holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Akdeniz University.
