Çetin Kaya

Çetin Kaya has extensive experience in software project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Yazılım Proje Yöneticisi and Kıdemli İş Analisti at the Turkish Statistical Institute since August 2015. In this role, Çetin Kaya is responsible for training and coordinating business analysts, as well as managing processes for software project production. Prior experience includes positions as an İş Analisti at Sonomira Sağlık Hiz. Tic. A.Ş, a freelance C# developer, and a software support specialist at various organizations. Çetin Kaya has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Trakya University and is completing a Master's degree in Software Engineering at OSTİM Teknik Üniversitesi.
