Turgut Özsoy

Turgut Özsoy has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as IT Infrastructure Manager at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey since April 1994. Prior roles include System Specialist at Atilim University, where graduate courses in "Internet Data Security" and "Systems & Network Management" were taught from September 2004 to 2011, and System Analyst at TPAO from October 1992 to March 1994. Turgut Özsoy holds multiple advanced degrees, including an M.Sc. in International Relations from Middle East Technical University, an MBA in Business Administration from Bilkent University, an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Hacettepe University.
