Çağlar Gülşeni

Çağlar Gülşeni, PhD, serves as the Artificial Intelligence Architecture and Development Chapter Lead at Türkiye İş Bankası, where responsibilities include leading the AI Architecture and Development team, designing AI architecture from scratch, and overseeing the AI data pipeline and MLOps pipeline. With a career spanning over two decades at Türkiye İş Bankası, roles have included management of IT architecture and application architecture teams, as well as directing the Service Oriented Architecture framework development. Previous experience includes leadership positions at SoftTech A.Ş and earlier roles focused on core banking applications and Internet banking at Türkiye İş Bankası. Çağlar Gülşeni holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Management and Organization from Yeditepe University and a BS in Sociology from Istanbul University.
