Ozan Kolcuoglu

Ozan Kolcuoglu, MRICS, LEED G.A., MBA, currently serves as the Deputy General Manager at TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company, a leading advisory firm in Turkey for real estate professionals, since November 2006. Through various roles including Manager and Assistant Manager, Ozan has developed expertise in real estate appraisal, project management, and financial oversight. Prior experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at KC Group, supervising construction projects, as well as internships at Tekfen Construction, focusing on control engineering. Ozan holds an MBA in Business Management from Istanbul University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, complemented by certificate courses from the University of Florida in topics related to wine and renewable energy.
