Cagina Foster

Cagina Foster is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for the Turks and Caicos Islands Government since November 2022, Cagina also holds a position as a Director on the Board of Experience Turks and Caicos. Previous roles include Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Millennium Heights Medical Complex, Legal and Regulatory Manager at Digicel Group, and Legal Officer for the Public Service Commission, where Cagina provided legal advice on employment matters in Saint Lucia. Experience at the Attorney General's Chambers and as In-House Counsel for Digicel Saint Lucia further enriches Cagina's legal background.
