Assistant Mapping Manager / GIS Technician at Turks and Caicos Islands Government

Daryl Clarke has over 18 years of experience in mapping and surveying, currently serving as the Assistant Mapping Manager and GIS Technician for the Turks and Caicos Islands Government since October 2005. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining mapping blocks and parcels for the entire territory, updating GIS data, and producing various maps for sale, utilizing both field data collection and inputs from private surveyors. Prior experience includes working as a Survey Technician, where data collection was carried out using advanced GPS technology, and as a Draughtsman, manually updating survey files on block plans. Daryl Clarke’s career began at Coxco as an Assistant Project Manager overseeing construction projects. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Drafting & Design with a focus on Architectural Drafting from Turks and Caicos Community College, as well as a Certificate in Building Design & Construction Technology from the same institution.
