Dr. Umit Cezmi Yilmaz

Dr. Umit Cezmi YILMAZ has an extensive background in satellite operations and control, currently serving as a Director at Türksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. since November 2004. Previous roles include Director of Satellite Control and various expert positions related to flight dynamics and platform expertise for the TURKSAT 4A and 4B programs. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Expert at Turk Telekom and as a Research Assistant at Karadeniz Technical University. Dr. YILMAZ holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MSc) from Karadeniz Technical University, along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
