Turlock Irrigation District
Jeff Leal is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and operations management. Since October 2004, Jeff Leal has been serving as the IT Operations Manager at Turlock Irrigation District, having previously held the role of Sr. IT Network Engineer. Prior to this, Jeff Leal worked as a Network Administrator at The DiMare Company from March 1998 to October 2004. Jeff Leal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of the Pacific, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
Turlock Irrigation District
Established in 1887, the Turlock Irrigation District is the first publicly owned irrigation district in the state and one of only four in California today that also provides electric retail energy directly to homes, farms and businesses. Organized under the Wright Act, the District operates under the provisions of the California Water Code as a special district. TID is also an independent control area and is governed by a five member Board of Directors.
