Turlock Irrigation District
Kristi Kettgen is an experienced Information Technology professional with a background in operations management and network engineering. Currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Manager at Turlock Irrigation District since June 2008, Kristi has previously held the position of Sr. IT Network Engineer/DBA. Prior experience includes a role as a System Security Administrator at @Road / Trimble Navigation from September 2004 to June 2008, where Kristi expressed enthusiasm for the work. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
Turlock Irrigation District
Established in 1887, the Turlock Irrigation District is the first publicly owned irrigation district in the state and one of only four in California today that also provides electric retail energy directly to homes, farms and businesses. Organized under the Wright Act, the District operates under the provisions of the California Water Code as a special district. TID is also an independent control area and is governed by a five member Board of Directors.
