Turlock Irrigation District
Nicole Lange has over a decade of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Utility Analyst II in Energy Markets at Turlock Irrigation District since October 2010, after previously holding the position of Energy Trader/Scheduler II. In 2010, Nicole worked as an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2010.
Turlock Irrigation District
Established in 1887, the Turlock Irrigation District is the first publicly owned irrigation district in the state and one of only four in California today that also provides electric retail energy directly to homes, farms and businesses. Organized under the Wright Act, the District operates under the provisions of the California Water Code as a special district. TID is also an independent control area and is governed by a five member Board of Directors.
