Tim Payne

Tim Payne has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and power generation. Tim currently serves as the Director of Power Generation at Turlock Irrigation District, a position they have held since September 2022. In this role, Tim is responsible for overseeing the operations and safety of multiple hydroelectric projects, including Don Pedro Dam and La Grange Dam. Tim also ensures compliance with regulatory agencies such as DSOD, FERC, and USACE.

Prior to their current position, Tim worked at Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group as a Senior Civil Engineer from July 2004 to June 2013. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in civil engineering and project management.
