Mike Grodin has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Mike currently serves as the Director of Engineering, Motorsport Gameplay at Turn 10 Studios since December 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Principal Gameplay Engineering Lead and Senior Gameplay Lead at the same company. Mike joined Turn 10 Studios as a Cinematics/Gameplay/Tools Developer in April 2013.
Before joining Turn 10 Studios, Mike worked at Microsoft Studios - Galactic Reign as a Software Development Engineer from November 2011 to April 2013. In this role, they developed graphics and user interface systems for a cross-platform strategy game called Galactic Reign.

Mike began their career at Microsoft Office as a Software Development Engineer in Test from June 2002 to June 2006.
Mike Grodin attended the University of Florida from 1998 to 2002, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Mike later pursued further education at the DigiPen Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Real-Time Interactive Simulations.
