Ahmed Elshafei

Ahmed Elshafei is a dedicated professional with experience in direct support and IT helpdesk roles. Since June 2016, Ahmed has been serving as a Direct Support Professional at TURN Community Services. Previously, from December 2012 to December 2015, Ahmed worked at Hai Al Jamea Hospital as an IT Helpdesk technician, responsible for installing Windows, managing drivers and applications, and providing remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
