Bratati currently serves as the Chairman & CEO of Turn the Bus, an edTech non-profit organization that provides digital learning solutions to underserved populations. Prior to this, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at IBS Software Services, where they transformed the Marketing function to be more digital-led and customer-focused. Bratati also worked as a Consultant & Guest Instructor at the University of Washington and as a Marketing Strategy & Marketing Analytics Instructor at Bellevue College.
Before their roles in academia, Bratati Ghosh co-founded and served as the CEO of Kinsight Analytics, a data analytics company. Bratati also held senior leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were the Practice Director and Principal Consultant for the Travel Industry. Bratati Ghosh completed their Bachelor's degree (BTech) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 1988 to 1992. Bratati then pursued a Post Graduate in Management (equivalent to MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, from 1992 to 1994.
In addition to their formal education, Bratati Ghosh also obtained various certifications. In 2013, they received a certification in Microeconomics Principles from Coursera. In 2016, they obtained an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy. In 2018, they completed a certification course on "Greening the Economy: Sustainable Cities" through Coursera.
