Karisa Galvano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate at Turn2Partners since June 2022, Karisa specializes in full-cycle recruitment, implementing effective strategies to enhance the quality of hires and streamline the recruitment process. Prior to this role, Karisa held various leadership positions at HYLO Fitness from October 2017 to June 2022, including Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple fitness studios and managing client onboarding processes, as well as Director of Operations and Operations Manager, focusing on daily operations, policy development, and employee training.
