Yana Simms

Yana Simms is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in support services and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at Turn2Partners since April 2022, Yana specializes in providing business technology support for CARES Act programs, addressing technical issues related to proprietary and third-party systems. As the Founder of Petite Eats Catering Co. since August 2016, Yana has successfully directed customer relations and implemented effective marketing strategies to boost sales. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Starbucks, Culinary Instructor at SNACK* and Tiny Chefs, and Food and Nutrition Services Manager for the NYC Department of Education, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
