Dionne Nelson

Dionne Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy roles within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Grant Programmes Manager at Turn2us since February 2023 and a Board Trustee for Women's Aid in Luton since April 2022, Dionne has also been involved with The Inspiration Consultancy London Ltd as an Interim Consultant and Coach since 2011, where responsibilities include enhancing client efficiency and supporting business sustainability. Previously, Dionne was the Deputy Director at the Women’s Resource Centre from October 2011 to April 2023, focusing on societal transformation and addressing structural inequalities affecting women. Other notable positions include Head of Income Generation at ACEVO (2009-2011) and Business Growth Manager at Park Royal Partnership (2005-2009). Early in the career, Dionne served as Volunteer Services Manager and Trainer at HCT Group from 1992 to 2002, managing volunteer programs and contributing to project management. Dionne holds a degree from the University of East London, completed between 1999 and 2003.
