Polly Trenow

Polly Trenow is an experienced professional in communications, facilitation, and strategy focused on creating inclusive economies and addressing issues of gender equality and social justice. Currently serving as the Head of Local Programmes at Turn2us since January 2021, Polly has also held key roles such as Co-production facilitator for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Programme and Interim Co-Director of Programmes and Partnerships. Through PollyTrenow.com, established in November 2013, Polly provides strategic support to nonprofits, governments, and universities, specializing in effectively communicating complex economic issues to diverse audiences. As a Strategy Consultant for the Smallwood Trust since August 2019, Polly aids in tackling gendered poverty through research and campaign planning. Previous positions include Impact and Policy Advisor at University College London, Co-chair at the Women's Budget Group, and numerous advisory roles emphasizing equalities and women's rights. Polly holds an MA in Gender Studies from UCL and a BA in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
