Sophia Salem

Sophia Salem has over 20 years of experience in information technology. Sophia most recently worked as the Group Head of Information Technology at Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Information Technology and IT Manager at Turn2us, where they were responsible for implementing cloud solutions and Microsoft 365, as well as setting up laptops and a new cloud CRM solution. Sophia also provided training and support to end users. Sophia previously worked as the IT and Database Officer at Leap Confronting Conflict and held various positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, including Senior Business Analyst, Technical Team Lead, and Systems Information Specialist/Development Lead. Sophia began their career as a Systems Developer at Intec, where they developed and maintained the Inter-mediatE system for clients. Overall, Sophia has a wealth of experience in IT leadership, implementation, and support.

Sophia Salem attended Monash University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a double degree in BArts (Communications) and BComputing (Business Systems), with a focus on Computing.
