Vanessa Eloriaga Matibag has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2000, they started their career as an Office Administrator at Franciscans International, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they joined the Dominican Province of St. Joseph as an Administrative Assistant from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, Vanessa joined Turnaround for Children, initially serving as an Office Manager until 2016. Vanessa then transitioned to the role of Manager of Office and People Services until 2018, after which they became the Director of Office and People Services until 2020. Additionally, during their time at Turnaround for Children, Vanessa held the position of Director of Talent from 2006, where they led initiatives and implemented strategies regarding employee life cycle and human resources.
