Josh Causey

Josh Causey has a strong background in operations and executive roles within the construction industry. Josh started their career in 1999 as a Project Manager/Estimator/Project Controls at Volks Constructors, where they worked until 2004. Josh then joined Industrial Design & Construction as a Project Manager/Estimator and progressed to Regional Manager - Texas Operations before becoming the Regional Manager. In 2012, they joined Repcon, Inc as the Director of Operations and later became the Vice President of Operations. Currently, they serve as the President of Repcon, Inc. In 2018, they also became the President of Turnaround Welding Services.

Josh Causey attended Louisiana State University from 1998 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management from the College of Engineering. In 2008, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed their MBA in 2011. In 2014, Josh participated in the "Leading with Character Seminar" at the Thayer Leader Development Group at Westpoint, focusing on Organizational Leadership. The following year, they attended the "After Action Review Seminar" at the same institution, further enhancing their expertise in Organizational Leadership. In 2016, they completed the Leadership for Results Program at Babson College. In 2020, Josh completed the Executive Leadership Academy at Business Report.
