Rebbecca Rivard

Rebbecca Rivard is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in asset management and operational oversight. Currently serving as SVP of Retail and Commercial Asset Management at Turnberry since April 2024, Rebbecca previously held the position of SVP Asset Management at Dweck Properties, where management of a diverse portfolio consisted of 100,000 square feet of retail and over 7,000 multifamily units in Maryland and Virginia. Before this role, Rebbecca spent more than a decade at Kimco Realty Corporation, where responsibilities included directing a $9 billion retail and mixed-use portfolio and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies for both operating and under-construction assets. Earlier roles at General Growth Properties involved energy management and accounting within mall operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Northwood University.
