Simon Bowker is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Culinary at Turnberry Hospitality since July 2022, Simon previously held the position of Executive Chef at JW Marriott Nashville from March 2018 to July 2022. Prior roles include Resort Executive Sous Chef and Executive Banquet Chef at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, as well as Sous Chef at The Vineyard, known for its 2 Michelin Star distinction within the Relais and Châteaux Collection. Simon's culinary journey began at Burj Al Arab as a Sous Chef and continued at The Belfry Hotel & Resort as Chef De Partie. Simon holds a GNVQ Advanced/NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering from Kendal College and further trained at Au Cheval Blanc in Switzerland.
