Paul Mala

Paul Mala is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Controller at Turnberry Ocean Colony since January 2019 and as Senior Accountant for Turnberry Ocean Colony Master Association since March 2018, Paul has previously held key financial roles including Financial Controller at COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach and Parrot Cay Resort & COMO Shambhala Retreat. Additional prior experience includes positions as Senior Accounting Manager at Radisson Martinique on Broadway and Assistant Controller at Crowne Plaza Time Square Manhattan. Paul has demonstrated expertise in monitoring inventory costs, reviewing departmental budgets and payroll, preparing P&L statements, and approving accounts payable. Educationally, Paul attended Northrop University for aerospace studies and graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School with a focus on aeronautics.
