Eli Eisenstadt is a seasoned professional in development and construction, currently serving as the Director of Development & Construction at Turnbridge Equities since December 2017, with previous roles as Senior Associate and Associate in the same field. From February 2014 to December 2017, Eli was with Construction Management & Development, Inc., progressing from Assistant Project Manager to Contract Administrator. Academic experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, where assistance was provided to Professor Lawrence Chiarelli. Earlier internships at Metro-North Railroad and GCCOM Construction Company Inc. contributed to foundational engineering skills. Eli holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from prestigious institutions.
